If you've been using AWTY (Are We There Yet?: a system for graphical exploration of MCMC convergence in Bayesian phylogenetic inference, Bioinformatics 24:581-583) then you will be happy to learn that the functionality of this software is being combined and enhanced in a new software development effort called BPD (Bayesian Phylogenetic Diagnostics).
